The solution is to provide a limited selection of floor plans that are big enough to house a family of up to 9 people or as few as 1-3 without wasted space. To provide a home that is earth friendly, that incorporates a more efficient use of capital, material, time and space and that does not make one a dept slave, prisoner to their home, prevented from living a more joyful and financially secure, freer life from worry.
You will be paid immediately by wire transfer or a cashiers check when any personal referral or home tour demo have concluded in a sale and when the transaction is complete and finally when the customers funds been cleared through our business account.
We only offer three floor plans in order to keep the choices simple, resulting in a faster ordering, delivery and construction process that will create the lowest prices. From the very beginning, all my mother Mary and I wanted was to build a company that would financially benefit millions of hard working, workforce families with truly affordable, quality homes that would cost hundreds of thousands of dollars less than the other overbuilt, overpriced homes. ("impossible dream").
In addition, we have tried over the years trying to convince the many investors we met with that we wanted to sell our homes at the lowest price points. (The investors wanted nothing to do with this, they were only interested in tow things, maximum profits and controlling interest in our company). We finally decided that it would actually make a lot more sense instead to grow, share and fund our company with the help of very people we built it for, where the workforce family could play a critical role by helping us share our story with the world, and benefit financially in the process too.
There are two types of ND. The first, is anyone who purchases and builds anyone of our three Complete CHK floor plans on their property that live anywhere in Canada, U.S., or Mexico, where in home tour demos will be conducted. A commission referral fee of $1,200 will be paid for each documented sale. Also any personal referrals that are made through social networks to anyone in Canada, U.S., or Mexico; and soon the world that results in a documented sale will also receive a $600 commission referral fee . A protected territory of a 100-mile 360-radius will be provided for each ND who provide in home tour demos.
The second type of ND does not require the purchase of a Complete CHK. All personal referrals that are made through social networks to anyone in Canada, U.S., or Mexico; and soon the world will receive a commission referral fee of $400 for each documented sale. A commission referral fee of $250 will also be paid for each documented sale of a Complete Garage or Carport Kit for both ND categories.
ND will be operating as a 1099 IC independent contractor responsible for there own taxes.
Example: #200 home tour demos that result in a sale = $240,000 in commission referral fees.
We have the capacity now to deliver up to 1.6 million Complete CHK throughout all of Canada, U.S., and Mexico simultaneously per year through our supplier / distributor #2,360 The Home Depot stores
There are no limits on the number of sales / commission referral fees that we will pay out to a ND / workforce families that we view as our closely knitted, extended family of business partners.
A documented sale simply means that you will be required to email us the basic contact information of anyone who receives an in-home tour demo or a personal referral. This way when a customer decides to make a purchase, we will know who the ND is we need to compensate. Any in home tour demo conducted will need an image of the person or persons inside the home that was provided the tour.
ND will need to provide the customers full name / physical address place of residence and address of build site if different / email / phone number and the model home they expressed interest in / date of interest.
The average size home in the U.S. is 2,317 sqft and produces 2.9 tons more Co2 more per year than the typical passenger vehicle through energy consumption to heat and cool a home. In addition, the reduction in all building materials also greatly reduces the Co2 carbon foot print.
Families have gotten smaller while homes have gotten more expensive and bigger to an average of 1,000 sqft more per occupant. Families do not need as much sqft living space as they think they do. The cost of todays overbuilt, overpriced homes are financially strangling the workforce family making it impossible to save money and get ahead let alone to just pay for their most basic monthly living cost.
In short homes being built today are not earth friendly, and are a grossly inefficient and a wasteful use of capital, materials, time and space.
Housing re-zoning laws are still in their infancy. Oregon, Minneapolis, California and Washington state are just the few states that are leading the way. Also updated ADU re-zoning laws are also sweeping the country making it a lot easier for existing home owners to add an additional smaller home on their property that could provide aging parents a safe and comfortable place to live or to provide a separate space for their returning children or to rent out at a profit for others in need of truly affordable. The ADU stands for accessory dwelling unit. Some people call it a granny flat. Our two floor plans A600 and B468 were designed for applications as single family homes on their own tax lots in cities or on county land, including national and international applications for ADU that addresses a more efficient use of space through "urban infill". These two floor plans fit within the foot print requirement that most cities will allow to be built in the backyard of millions of existing home owners that all ready have access to water, sewer and power on their property.
In addition many banks will even finance the construction of an ADU through HELOC / home equity lines of credit. The home owner could then rent out their ADU to family members or the general public at a profit that could cover the cost of any mortgage, including adding additional value to the property.
The home owner could also design the Complete CHK under our custom option in order to match the exterior and other features with their existing home.
Our Complete CHK can be ordered in minutes and delivered in just a couple of weeks to any build site located throughout Canada, U.S., and Mexico and ultimately the world. There thousands of licensed general contractors and subs who are trained and available to build our customers homes. They are smaller, smarter, earth friendly that have a much smaller physical and carbon footprint and that will include everything you will need just like the original Sears Roebuck & Co kit home.
Our homes are much more affordable than new oversized site stick built and pre-owned homes on the market. They are designed to the highest building standards with exceptional attention to detail, offering only quality materials and appliances. Also, because we utilize and leverage an existing international network of 2,360 The Home Depot (HD) stores as the means to fulfill our customers orders, and because we are uniquely positioned to deliver up to 1.6 million Complete CHK to multiple markets per year, we are well positioned to receive Economies of Scale (EOS) discounts, savings from the many HD vendors that we have committed to pass on 100% of the EOS savings directly to our customers in the form of lower home prices in perpetuity.

Most home builders only offer over sized homes that are not earth friendly that millions of workforce family do not need and cannot afford. The national average U.S. home price is $501,700.
Bend Oregon, where we are located is considered an upscale community has a median home price of $845,000. There are a also lot of other homes in this market that sell for over $1,000,000.
As an example, any one of our three 1-2-3 bedroom floor plans built in the Bend market with a total projected all in completed home cost would sell for $329,000 - $397,000 representing hundreds of thousands of dollars less in this market.
Your all in completed home cost will vary greatly depending on where you build. However, you can safely expect your final all in completed home cost will always be far less expensive than any other homes regardless of the market they are located.
We are very excited about this next phase. The vision for the development of hundreds of CHC (the modern upgraded version of Levittown where suburbia began) that will be a replicable, master planned community's of truly affordable, quality, earth friendly homes consisting of seven (7) new floor plans, each associated with their own unique design theme, providing the customer with the ability to choose and select their home in three easy steps. 1) Select the CHC. 2) Select the floorplan / design theme. 3) Select the lot #. That's it your done; easy peasy, simple dimple.
The seven floor plan design themes will also be available as the Complete CHK. 1) Early Colonial. 2) Western Ranch. 3) Midwest Farm. 4) Northwest Classic. 5) Spanish Santa Fee. 6) Monterey Pacific. 7) California Bungalow. All floor plans will range in size from 468-600-700-800-900-1,000 and 1,280 sqft respectively. Each home theme will also include their own unique landscaping.

Banks, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac will allow up to 4-mortgage holders per home. For example, if one home cost $400,000 then four individuals who may not be able to afford that home on their own could potentially purchase 25% of the homes value that would = $100,000 mortgage per occupant. This also means the down payment and the monthly payment with PITI would also cost each occupant 25% of that total cost.
Bottom line, having a quality, truly affordable and safe home; roof over ones head that leaves more money in the bank account at the end of each month and an opportunity to build equity and wealth is far better than living on the edge in fear of an eviction or homelessness or living in a car or in a tent on the streets.

You will be provided with a detailed line item invoice listing exactly what will be delivered to your build site at the time of order. You will also be provided all contact information for the HD store your Complete CHK will be delivered from including the name of the person at the that stores Pro Desk department who will confirm they have received your order and who you will be able to communicate with regarding when and where you want your Complete CHK delivered.
Shell home kits are exactly what the name implies. They provide very little other than the shell of framing, roofing, doors and windows. Also many DO NOT provide as required by code 2x6' exterior walls, including they also don't provide the electrical, plumbing, insulation, cabinets or appliances etc, etc, etc required to legally complete the home.
They are also not engineered to IBC, IRC, CBC building code standards which means many reputable licensed GC and their subs will not have anything to do with them, including city or county building and planning departments because they will pose a huge liability safety issue.
These shell home kit companies require you to figure all this out on your own after you have made your purchase.
The Early Colonial home option is the style of the home you see on our website that is ready to order and ship now. The exterior and interior as displayed is exactly what you will receive. This includes real window shutters with classic metal hardware (not that cheap lick and stick fake window shutters other home builders paste on to their homes) it also includes upgraded flower pots and so on.
All the SKUS, item descriptions for each Complete CHK OR garage and carport are already set up in the HD network. This means all you have to do is select the floor plan, 1-2-3 bedroom and garage or carport of choice, then submit your order through our Purchase Page as easily and quick as buying a gallon of milk at your neighborhood grocery store. Pay a small $2,000.00 deposit fee upfront with the remaining balance due via money wire transfer or mailed cashiers check when your build site is ready for the deliver.
The Custom option means that you still have the same choices of the existing 1-2-3 bedroom floor plans (no customizing floor plans). However, you receive a limited selection of choices to customize your home where you will personally select from the following categories inside your neighborhood HD store where you will personally shop at your convenience.
You will select the type of roof, metal or composite stye and color / style and color of exterior siding / style and color of windows / style and color of exterior and interior doors / style and color of kitchen cabinets and all hardware / style and color of flooring / style and color of counter tops / style and color of kitchen and bathroom faucets / door knobs / color of interior paint / brand and model of all appliances.
You still pay the same full price posted as the Early Colonial Complete CHK 1-2-3 bedroom floor plans. We ship everything to the build site that includes all the items / skues that are not outlined in the custom option. The customer will be responsible for selecting all custom items that will complete the order.
The customer is provided with an instore credit account / budget based on the value of the custom items. When the customer has completed their custom selection, HD would then deliver all custom and non custom items directly to the build site on a date and time set by the customer.
The customer will have the ability to downgrade or upgrade custom selections too. If there are any downgrade in cost withing the budget then the customer would receive any savings placed directly on a HD in store shopping card only to be used at any HD store.
Conversely if a customer chooses to upgrade their selection that may cost more than the instore credit budget allows then the customer will be required to pay the difference in that cost.
The customer can expect delivery of their order fulfilled from the HD store closes to their build site, within 2-3 weeks from the time full payment has been received, but not until the 7-day money back guarantee grace period has expired.
We recommend that you do not set a date to receive your order until your build site is ready. By ready, we mean that you or your hired GC have already excavated the land, trenched in the water, sewer and electrical and laid the foundation with all the permits issued. Only then will you be ready to set a delivery date.
However, there may be an advantage if you accept delivery early because market cost of goods could potentially be lower.
First we suggest you contact us so we can help you put together a total all in build budget so you will know what your completed cost to build will be in order for you to determine what your monthly mortgage payment will be with PITI. We will help you with all of this at no cost.
Once you are satisfied with your total all in cost to build and you are ready to move forward, then the next step would be to submit a deposit of $2,000 through our purchase page. Upon successful payment you will receive an emailed copy of our engineered building plans for the Complete CHK or Garage and Carport Kit of choice. You will then submit the plans to your city building and planning department for their formal approval.
You will to decide if you are going to act as your own GC / general contractor or if you are going to hire a GC to build your home for you.
Your will also want to verify that you have the appropriate setback on the land you wish to build. We recommend consult with a local GC or speak with Carla at (650) 443-8241 or click this link to schedule their affordable service for calculating setbacks.
Yes.
You could also choose to act as your own GC where you could save another $50,000 to $100,000 in outsourced labor cost. Check with your city first to insure they will permit you to do this. However, if this is a project you're not confident to undertake then we recommend you hire a reputable, licensed and bonded GC.
You can google your search or contact your states contractors board, or simply look around your community for other homes currently being built where builders usually post their sign out front with their contact information and most importantly, you will also be able to see with your own eyes the quality of their work including talking with the home owner to find out how happy they are with the builder.
You will want to make sure your GC is licensed / bonded / currently insured / in good standing with your states contractor board where they would be registered to insure they don't have any recent complaints or liens placed on their business. Make sure they have recently built homes that they will be happy to show you including providing the names, phone numbers ad addresses of their previous clients whom you should talk to IN PERSON if possible.

We only charge an additional $1,500 for this service because of the extra time we have calculated that it will take to walk you through the entire process from beginning to end, from applying for your building permits to finally receiving your home occupancy permit which is required by your city or county before they will allow you to move in to your new home.
