    William A. Sagona

    Founder, President & CEO

After many meetings with venture capitalists, angel investors, and high-net-worth “family offices,” William A. Sagona realized that the traditional path of funding was not aligned with the company’s mission and interest. These investors were focused only on maximizing profits, at the expense of the very people the company was founded for and aims to serve—the hardworking workforce families. In order to maintain control of our mission and to ensure operations operate effectively on a small margin, William decided to fund the company’s growth by sharing the companies profits and stock with the very people the company was built for.

This approach allows the company to:
    1) Provide quality, earth-friendly homes at the lowest possible price to workforce families in need.
    2) Offer a new income opportunity for workforce families to help improve their financial stability.
    3) Make millions of shares of affordable company stock available, giving workforce families a chance to also invest in a business that prioritizes their well-being over profits, while also providing the opportunity for substantial growth.

This decision reflects William’s unwavering belief that the success of the company should directly benefit the families who inspired its existence. By putting people 1st over profits, he has created a sustainable model that empowers workforce families to thrive for generations to come.

    Mary L. Sagona

    Co-founder

Our journey began with the unwavering support of my beloved mother, Mary L. Sagona—my number one cheerleader, investor, best friend, and steadfast believer in me and this mission. Her love and belief were instrumental not only to my existence but also to the very foundation of our company. Fueled by a desire to solve the “impossible dream,” we collaborated with numerous successful business owners and advisors to create a solution for tens of millions of lower-income and “missing middle” workforce families. Our goal was ambitious: to deliver truly affordable, high-quality, earth-friendly homes to the world, quickly and at scale. After countless dead ends and wrong turns, we finally arrived at a highly scalable, efficient business model—one that meets the urgent needs of our times and brings hope and opportunity to millions of the working class, workforce families seeking stability and a brighter future.
