A New Income Opportunity
* By partnering with and sharing our profits with workforce family’s in neighborhoods all across Canada, U.S., and Mexico and ultimately the world; we will be able to more effectively and strategically market our Complete CHK from tens of thousands to millions of families who are in need of truly affordable housing and food security, who will then be enabled to tour, test drive our homes in the same fashion a customer would test drive a vehicle at an automobile dealership, thereby greatly increasing the likelihood a Complete CHK purchase will be made resulting in a sales commission for the ND.
* We have the capacity now to deliver up to 1.6 million Complete CHK throughout all of Canada, U.S., and Mexico simultaneously per year through our supplier, distributor #2,360 The Home Depot stores *
* There are no limits on the number of sales / commission referral fees that we will pay out to our ND / workforce families that we view as our closely knitted, extended family of business partners.
What We Pay / How We Pay
* There are 2-types of ND. The 1st is anyone who purchases and builds one of our three Complete CHK floor plans on their property located in Canada, U.S., or Mexico and ultimately the world, where in home tour demos will be conducted. A commission sales in home tour demo fee of $1,200 will be paid for each documented sale. Also, any off site personal referrals made through social networks to anyone in Canada, U.S., or Mexico and ultimately the world will receive a commission sales personal referral fee of $600 for each documented sale. A protected territory of 100-mile 360-radius is provided for each ND that conducts in home tour demos *
* The 2nd type of ND does not require the purchase of a Complete CHK. All personal referrals made through social networks to anyone in Canada, U.S., or Mexico and ultimately the world, will receive a commission sales personal referral fee of $400 for each documented sale. A commission sales personal referral fee of $250 will also be paid for each documented sale of a Complete Garage or Carport Kit *
* Example: #200 home tour demos that result in a sale = $240,000 in commission sales fees.
