This new income opportunity for a Licensed Neighborhood (ND) is substantial. Even better, there are no limits on the number of sales or referral commission fees that a Licensed ND can earn, whom we view as an extended family of business partners. There are two types of Licensed ND: The first is called Preferred Neighborhood Dealership (PND) which is anyone who purchases and constructs one of our three Complete CHK floor plans on their property that is located anywhere in Canada, U.S., Mexico and ultimately the world, where In Home Tours will be conducted. Each PND will be paid a commission sales fee of $1,200 for each documented sale. In addition, any PND that also engages in Personal Referrals through their social networks to anyone in Canada, U.S., Mexico and ultimately the world will also receive a commission sales fee of $600 for each documented sale. Each PND will be provided a protected exclusive territory of a 100-mile radius to conduct In Home Tours.
The second type of Licensed ND is called Standard Neighborhood Dealership (SND). This does not require the purchase of a Complete CHK to. However, a significant amount of commission sales fees could also be earned by sharing our story throughout social networks to anyone in Canada, U.S., Mexico and ultimately the world where a commission sales fee of $400 will be paid for each documented sale. A commission sales fee of $250 will also be paid to both PND and SND on any documented sale of a Complete Garage or Carport Kit.
Example: #200 In Home Tours that result in a sale by a PND would earn $240,000 in commission sales fees.

Preferred Neighborhood Dealership are paid $1,200 on each Complete CHK that are sold from In-Home Tour Demos.
Preferred Neighborhood Dealership are paid $600 on each Complete CHK sold from personal referrals in social networks.
A Protected territory of 100-mile radius will be provided for each Preferred Neighborhood Dealership whom is conducting In-Home Tours.
Standard Neighborhood Dealership are paid $400 on each Complete CHK that are sold from Personal Referrals in social networks.
Preferred & Standard Neighborhood Dealerships are paid $250 on each complete garage or carport kit that are sold from Personal Referrals made through social networks.
Preferred Neighborhood Dealership could earn $240,000 in commission sales fees from the sale of #200 Complete CHK sold through In-Home Tour Demos within a protected territory.
