Phase I: Finding the right parcel of land

In the city or county, both types of properties will need proper zoning, where permits can be issued for single family home construction.

Phase II: Horizontal Construction

This phase involves the horizontal development which includes excavating the land, digging trenches for water, power and sewer in the city or installing a well, septic and power or a solar system for the county.

Phase III: Vertical construction

This phase involves the vertical construction; laying the foundation, building the exterior & interior framing, roof trusses, floor joist, siding, roof, insulation, wiring, plumbing, drywall, windows, doors and so on.
